To share information with you and invite discussion on 2 key areas on which we have been working

1. The languages curriculum and social justice. We have been looking at the curriculum, and in particular at GCSE questions, across all examination boards to identify potential areas of disadvantage for a variety of pupils. We will shortly be sending out a survey which we would like you to complete yourselves and circulate amongst your contacts to gather as much feedback as possible. We will share initial findings on 4th July.
2. Grammar – Work is ongoing on a document to be shared with colleagues outlining the principles of grammar in English, French, German and Spanish. This document will  provide comparison between languages.
