will be asked to pay a membership fee, by:
- completing a standing order mandate and giving it to your bank (below),

- passing the proforma invoice (below) to any third party (eg employer) who
has agreed to pay your membership fee on your behalf

website, where you must ensure all your contact details are accurate (these
will have been entered already, based on the data supplied in your application
form)
